1. The minimum batch strength would be 25 and the maximum restricting to 30. In case, the number of eligible candidates is higher we are positioned to run more batches in phases with preference given on first come first serve basis.

2. The course contents and section wise duration of the Food and Beverage Service course shall be as per following slots :

How to knead flour for wheat breads and also for maida breads, for tava preparation and for tandoor preparation; how to make besan batter

How to handle vegetables and meat, Chicken and lamb, for cooking purpose

How to make and operate Tandoor

Tandoori Breads, such as, Naan, Butten Naan, Garlic Naan, Potato Naan, Roti, Kulcha, parantha, etc.
